1r-100v, Sine Auctore - Homiliarium
Unknown Carolingian author, here the homilies for the morning office of the Sundays and most important feast days of the liturgical year from Christmas to the twentieth Sunday after Pentecost, then the “dominica V ante natale Domini” and finally a reference (“require”) to the Gospels (and thus Homilies on them) for the twenty-first to twenty-third Sunday after Pentecost; the rest, i. e. the four Sundays of Advent, seem to have been written on the lost final folia: VILLANUEVA 1894, p. 328 no LXXXVI; HÄNEL 1847, p. 93 no 86 (with the wrong date “sec. 11”); GUDIOL I CUNILL 1934, p. 79 sq.; OLIVAR I DAYDÍ 1967, p. 62 no 258 (“Segle XI, primera meitat. Diferent del tipus de Pau Diaca”); GROS I PUJOL 1978, p. 155 n. 6 (with wrong date of the redaction into the 1st half of the 9th century widely using the collection by Luculentius, which is however later); JANINI Y CUESTA 1980, p. 316 no 819 (“S. XI primera mitad”); IBARBURU Y ASURMENDI e. a. 1986, p. 741–743 with fig. (fol. 24v); MUNDÓ I MARCET 1994, p. 152 (“el més antic dels certament vigitans … del començament del segle X”); GROS I PUJOL 2006, p. 17 (with figure of fol. 14v); ALTÉS I AGUILÓ 2012, p. 15, 17–31 and 36–45 (p. 44 with fig. from fol. 40r); ALTURO I PERUCHO/ALAIX I GIMBERT 2019, p. 135 with n. 18 sq. and p. 139 n. 18 sq. (“molt properes a les emprades pel sacerdot Seniofred, ens decantem, si no a veure en aquest prevere l’autor, almenys a considerar la còpia del seu temps, és a dir, els últims anys del segle X, i feta, naturalment, a Vic”). The manuscript is not mentioned by BISCHOFF 2014, p. 470 sq.
