This shelfmark, which consists of two folia, is now reunited with Vic, Arxiu i Biblioteca Episcopal, Fragm. XXIII/20. The fragments stem from a homiliary for the officium, following the liturgical customs of Vic Cathedral. The two folia with the shelfmark Fragm. IX/22 stem from the archive of the parish church of Sant Martí de Merlès (Berguedà): JANINI Y CUESTA 1975, p. 28 (“Homiliarios, del siglo XIII, de diversas procedencias”) and 21 (“Homiliario. Siglo XIII”); ALTÉS I AGUILÓ 2010b, p. 177 no 66 (with the wrong date “Segle XIII”).
