The catalogue of this Benedictine abbey mentions a copy of this work: “Item est aliud volumen, in quo continetur vita seu actus magni Caroli imperatoris”, Catalogus codicum manuscriptorum S. Pontii Tomeriae a. 1276, p. 543 no 85: MANITIUS 1907, p. 669; TISCHLER 2001, p. 64 with n. 89. The title is comparable with another copy of the work mentioned in Saint-Victor-de-Marseille between ca. 1198 and ca. 1260 (ibid., p. 63) which is perhaps no coincidence, since Saint-Pons-de Thomières was submitted to the old Benedictine abbey of Marseille since 1062.
