Here excerpts of ch. 10. The manuscript itself seems to be a Burgundian product and shows a relation to Sainte-Colombe de Sens because of the contemporaneous verse epitaph on Richard the Justiciar added on fol. 78r. The Exlibris “LIBER SANCTI Nazarii .” on fol. 3r shows that it was later rather at Carcassonne (than Autun) Cathedral. On the upper margin stands the 16th-century entry “PETRVS CAPETIVS Possessor dono datus .”: Catalogus codicum manuscriptorum 1744a, p. 591 col. b (“Is codex decimo saeculo exaratauus videtur; the text is not mentioned); HAENEL 1849, p. LXXXII with n. 344 sq. (“Scriptus est in Gallia saeculo X.”); DELISLE 1874, p. 348 (the text is not mentioned); MOMMSEN/MEYER 1905b, p. LXII (“saec. X”); POUPARDIN 1909, p. 378–380 (on the verse epitaph); SCHALLER/KÖNSGEN 1977, p. 195 no 4228; WERNER 1986 (on the verse epitaph, who, however, does not mentioned the article by René Poupardin); HARTMANN 2008, p. 325 (“10. Jh. ... Herkunft unbekannt”; the text is not mentioned); COMA I FORT 2014, p. 333–335, here p. 334 (the text is not identified); UBL 2017, p. 199 sq. with n. 21 and 26; TRUMP 2021, p. 608 with n. 8; ESDERS e. a. 2024. The manuscript is not mentioned by MORDEK 1995a.
