Here ch. 145, incomplete at the end (expl. “... cum caritate ędificent ...”). On fol. 1r an owner of the manuscript is possibly named, written by a 12th/13th-century hand, not an 11th-century one: “simon de mago uico”. On the lower margin of fol. 43r is added a quotation from the acts of the Council of Agde from 506, written by a younger hand, but also from the 12th century, perhaps an indication that the manuscript was used and preserved in Agde: Catalogus codicum manuscriptorum 1744a, p. 147 col. a (“Is codex undecimo saeculo exaratus videtur”); Conciliorum Galliae Collectio 1789, p. VI; MAASSEN 1866, p. 200; WERMINGHOFF 1899, p. 481 (“s. XI.”); WERMINGHOFF 1901, p. 18 (“saec. XI.”); WERMINGHOFF 1906, p. 311 no 43 (“saec. XI.”); LAUER 1940, p. 59; MORDEK 1995a, p. 1050 (“11. Jh.”). Digitization: https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b10465799r.
