Here (with text gaps due to lost folia) ch. 14–35, 37 sq., 94, 96–113, 115–120, 123 sq., 127–131, 138–141, 145 and ch. 39–93. This copy was perhaps made for the cathedral of Agde because of the Church council held there in 506, the acts of which can be found copied in the original text layer at the end of the codex (fol. 86va–93vb).
