12r-82r, Usuard of Saint-Germain-des-Prés - Martyrologium

On fol. 12r the 17th-century note “Es de la llibreria de Escornalbou”. The manuscript was later in the library of the Franciscan seminary, which took over the buildings of the former Augustinian monastery in 1574 and was still in Escornalbou in 1742 (see description of the manuscript’s content from 1742, March 14, by the Franciscan friar Isidro Febrer on the loose inside front cover). Perhaps via the Franciscan convent of Balaguer the manuscript came to Munich, where it was in the hands of the antiquarian Ludwig Rosenthal in 1907, November 21, before it was acquired via the antiquarian Oswald Weigel, Leipzig, by Archer M. Huntington before 1908, December 26.
