Here I–XI 5, XII, XIV, XI 17–32 and XIII, without preface, I 4 (24), and III 23 and 41, which hints at a defective model with layers in disorder, the oldest known copy of the work written in a centre under Visigothic influence. The manuscript belonged to St. Emmeram at Regensburg in the late Middle Ages, where it is mentioned in Dionysius Menger’s catalogue from 1500/1501 as “Item canones penitenciales principio fineque carentes, in bona magna scriptura antiquissima, et incipit: ‘De uiciis gule vel ebrietate’”: JØRGENSEN 1926, p. 271 sq.
