1r-98v, Smaragdus of Saint-Mihiel - Expositio psalmorum

Here only on the first half of the Psalter, today with losses of
text, i. e. one folium between fol. 87 and 88 (Ps 68, 3–13) and two
folia between fol. 96 and 97 (Ps 73, 7–23 and 74, 1–7). The
manuscript was in the 10th/11th century in St. Maximin in Trier (see
the exlibris of this time on the upper edge of fol. 2r: “CODEX
SANCTI MAXIMINI [then the 13th-century addition: “prope treverim
C.7.”]”), where it is mentioned in the library catalogue of the
11th/12th century under the no 106 as “Smaragdus super partem
psalterii”, then in the library catalogue of 1393 under the number
56 as “Item Smaragdus super psalterium in uno volumine”. On the
upper edge of fol. 1r is a 13th-century exlibris “smaragdus super
psalterium C .7. Codex sancti maximini”. A further 13th-century
exlibris on fol. 37va below: “¶ Codex monasterij Sancti Maximini
