One folium which was used as a flexible book-cover of the notary Guillem d’Artés’s (de Barberà) manual for the years 1253 sq., recto-side: “Llibre per – 1253 y 54 . Guillem de Artés”; verso-side with pencil: “Arx. 4318”: OLIVAR I DAYDÍ 1967, p. 30 no 35 (not specified); ALTÉS I AGUILÓ 2010b, p. 144 sq. no 20 (with the wrong shelfmark “ms. 193/34 (olim 41)” and the wrong date “Segle XI med.”, who did not realize that this fragment is the immediate continuation of Tarragona, Arxiu Històric Arxidiocesà, Ms. 18/3 and that is belongs to the other fragments mentioned here); ESTÉVEZ Y SOLA 2019, p. 78 (“mediados del siglo XI”; who does not refer to the other fragments of the same manuscript). The fragment is not mentioned by JANINI Y CUESTA 1980, p. 54 no 427. It also goes together with Barcelona, Biblioteca de Catalunya, Ms. 5067/4.
