Barcelona, Biblioteca de Catalunya, Ms. 558
1ra-75vb, Berengaudus of Ferrières - Expositio super septem visiones libri Apocalypsis
The manuscript stems from the library of the Dalmases family whose librarian Joan Paul Colomer’s exlibris “Es de la llibreria” is noted on fol. 1r. Also the 18th-century flexible book-cover in parchment is typical for the Dalmases library. The manuscript thus was in possession of Pau Ignasi de Dalmases i Ros (1670–1718) and came in 1916 with the collection of this noble Barcelona family (bearing there the shelfmark “7”) to the Biblioteca de Catalunya: D’ALÒS I MONER 1916, p. 39 (“Expositio in Apocalipsim … Segle XV.è”); STEGMÜLLER 1958, p. 79 no 8594 (“XIV”; the text is not identified); MASSÓ I TORRENTS/RUBIO I BALAGUER 1989, p. 227; VISSER 1996, p. 201. The manuscript is not mentioned by STEGMÜLLER 1950b, p. 196 sq. no 1711, here p. 196; STEGMÜLLER/REINHARDT 1976, p. 348 sq. no 1711, here p. 349; JULLIEN/PERELMAN 1994, p. 234–236.
