Bifolium of a quire which had a foliation in the upper left corner of the verso-pages (fol. 1va: “xxxvi” and fol. 2va: “xxxxi”). The fragment was used as a flexible book cover of a volume from the year 1602 (fol. 1r/2v: “1602”) stemming from the archives of the parish church of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres (Maresme) (fol. 1r/2v: “LLabanera P.
